We had a full replacement of the tiles and rainwater fixtures on the roof of our house (3 bed semi) - Cleland were excellent: they provided regular communications before and during the job, and did an excellent job on the roof itself (the before and after comparison is quite stark!). They got quite unlucky and started works just as the weather turned (lots of rain/wind), but still managed to keep to schedule even through the inclement conditions.

To provide an extra thanks to them: approximately 3 weeks after the roof works were complete, we had several tiles on the new roof damaged by an incompetent Solar Panel installer (separate and unaffiliated with Cleland) - I contacted Cleland and they were able to send some chaps out on the same day to repair the tiles and get us waterproof again - great company, and would heartily suggest working with them!

I reported an overflowing gutter on the Thursday and they were on site on Friday morning. No nasty surprises on the invoice, under £250 for a repair made within 24 hours, very reasonable.
